Squash Court Booking Rules

• Members can book the squash courts up to 14 days in advance from 7 am. Although the new booking sheet will automatically appear after midnight, the links to "book now" will only be operational from 7 am onwards on the day when booking.
• Court fees (per 40 minutes)
  • Each Member has an account within the booking system and must have credit in order to book a court.
  • You can purchase credit (£10 minimum) with any credit/debit card when logged into this website. Your transaction will be processed by Stripe.
  • In order to pay the correct booking fee, members MUST select their playing partners/opponents' names to show on the booking sheets.
  • When you book the court (before you select playing partners/opponents), the initial booking fee will be £8.00 for all members (£10.00 for Non-Members).
  • Then, when you select playing partners/opponent the booking fee will be adjusted on a per person basis, as follows.
    • £3.00 per Woodfield Squash Club member
    • £1.50 per C&R Leisure Club member
    • £5.00 per Non-Member or Guest
  • Members can share booking fees by using the facility to Transfer Credit -- on the day playing, the system will automatically send a "Booking Reminder" email to invite selected playing partners/opponents to share the booking fees paid by the member who booked the court, however, please note this facility invites each of the selected playing partners/opponents to transfer and equal share of the total booking fee to the member who booked the court.
• Late-Cancellation refund policy:
  • When unable to use a reserved court, members should cancel as soon as possible so that others may use the court.
  • The total booking fee is automatically refunded as system credit when the booking is cancelled more than 7 days prior to start time.
  • When the booking is cancelled within 7 days prior to start time, the system will automatically charge a £6.00 late-cancellation fee (to the member who booked the court), however, this late-cancellation fee will be automatically reimbursed if the same court and start time is rebooked.
