Club Championships Rules

  • The tournament is a knockout format, 1st round players who lose their match will automatically be entered into the plate competition.
  • All matches must be played by the deadline date for each round.
  • It is the responsibility of both players to organise their match. If the match is not played, the match will be decided by a coin toss conducted by the tournament referee. Please ensure you notify the tournament referee if your match is not played within the deadline.
  • A Grade will be up to 11 points best of 5 games. B, C, Vets and Junior Grades will be up to 15 points and best of 5 games.
  • Any disputes between players must be reported to the tournament referee and the tournament organiser. Then a decision will be made on the outcome.
  • The type of ball used in each match must be agreed by both parties, however in the A Grade category, a double dot ball must be used in all matches.
  • Please ensure all match results are entered on the tournament display boards at the club. If this is not possible, please notify a member of staff your result as soon as possible.
  • All finals must be played on finals night and will have a referee, so upon entering you must be available to play on this date. The date is Saturday 24th of June.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Woodfield Squash & Leisure Club <woodfieldsquashclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Woodfield Squash & Leisure Club <woodfieldsquashclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from woodfieldsquashclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
